Our SuperBoost Combo is a combination of our Fat Burners and Fat Breakers by getting the super boost of our thermogenesis formula and break down of fat with the Ganoderma boost in our Fat Burners.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Before you start your beverage please weigh yourself and measure up (Bust, arms, waist, hips and thighs) Also take plenty of photos!

- Depending on which combo you’ve gone for (HHG Black Coffee and Hot cocoa can be mixed) alternatively have your Fat Burner in the morning then have your Fat Breaker in the afternoon on a empty stomach
- Milk and sweeteners are already added to the Hot Cocoa, latte and chai but if you wish you may add extra milk and sweeteners. In which case you may, except for full fat or cream and use brown sugar or a no calorie sweetener.
- For best results drink on an empty stomach and eat a well balanced breakfast after 20mins minimum 30mins maximum
- Gym goers may benefit drinking a 2nd cup 20mins before a session
- For effective results drink 2.5litres of water a day
- Eat healthy meals, avoid processed food (Do Not skip meals) The NHS recommends on average of a Woman to eat 2000 calories a day and men 2500 calories in line to lead a healthy lifestyle.
- Have your superboost for 6 consecutive days, have no drink on the 7th day. Continue on the 8th day. Follow this pattern. Taking the 7th day as a rest and reset day helps preventing your body becoming immune to the product and helps kick start the process again on the 8th day.
